Rick MurphyRick Murphy purchased the Nagrom business from Len Morgan in 1978 and expanded the operations into a variety of fields including alluvial tin, tantalite, tungsten and gold recovery, custom drying, CIP carbon cleaning and established Nagrom's initial contracting to the Wodgina tantalite mine. Rick has been involved in the mining industry through assaying and processing since 1968. |

Tony WilkinsonTony Wilkinson, with Nagrom since January 2000, has gained extensive managerial and testwork experience in the mining industry since 1968. In the period 1983 to 2000 Tony had a significant involvement in analytical laboratory innovation, both in Australia and overseas, with Australian Assay Laboratories Group and Assaycorp.

Rain JovanovicMetallurgical Supervisor BSc Ext Met, BA (Mass) 4 years’ Experience Metallurgy and Processing 2 years Mass Communication and Media Rain Jovanovic Compliments Tony Wilkinson in the ongoing Management and supervision of test work at Nagrom. Rain has experience in Hydrometallurgical Processing and beneficiation of ore types including bauxite, Iron ore, gold, Sheltie, Spodumene, mineral sands and Manganese.

Lisa MoltoniMetallurgical Coordinator & Environmental Scientist BSc (Env Sc), Grad Dip (Ext Met) 3 Years’ Experience in Environmental sector 2 years Metallurgy and Processing Lisa Moltoni has been with Nagrom Since 2010, bringing with her extensive experience in contaminated sites, environmental sampling and monitoring, on site managements and NATA Approved airborne asbestos fibre collections. Since her affiliation with Nagrom, Lisa now pertains vast test work experience in a wide range of ore types such as iron ore, tungsten, rare earths and gold, co-ordinating numerous ongoing programs at the Kelmscott premises. |
Craig LontTrainee Metallurgist/Process Engineer, BTech (Manufacturing), Grad Dip Ext Met, 1 Year experience in Metallurgical processing. 7 years’ experience in Engineering (manufacturing and estimating). In his time at Nagrom Craig has acquired experience in metallurgical process, metallurgical design and large scale flotation in Magnetite, Copper Ores and Rare Earths. Craig has brought with him significant engineering experience from his 7 years in engineering roles. His knowledge has assisted on the ongoing development of Nagrom’s engineering and fabrication division. |

Roy GordonMetallurgist, BSc Chem/Min Sc, 3 years’ experience in Metallurgy and Processing, specialising in Hydrometallurgy. Roy has been with Nagrom since 2009 whilst studying Chemistry and Mineral Science at Murdoch University graduating in 2011. Roy’s experience in Hydrometallurgy has contributed to Nagrom’s specialist flotation and leaching programs.

Hugo HordykProcess Engineer, BEng Chemical Engineering (Hons), 2 years’ experience in Metallurgical Processing and Engineering Design. Hugo has brought to Nagrom his experience in leaching and precipitation pilot plant design and operation. He has also acquired experience in the processing of ores including Rare Metals (Rare Earth Minerals), Iron Ore, Magnetite, Gold, Bauxite, Graphite and Manganese.

Jenna LippertCompleting her Cert IV in OH&S, Jenna undertakes the management of safety at Nagrom, coordinating over 90 staff. Working closely with head management, she successfully implements and maintains a continually improving site environment, generating awareness of personal safety and that of others. Jenna’s safety role is complimented by her ability of upkeeping ISO requirements, enabling the improvements of an internal system and all associated procedures. |

Amanda DraperSince joining the Nagrom team in 2011, Amanda oversees all purchasing for all 3 departments of Nagrom, organising the day to day monies for continual equipment, transports, consumables and services. While managing the purchasing requirements, Amanda also assists Metallurgists in metallurgical technician work, better improving her wealth of knowledge and understanding in the purchasing within a mining environment. |

Operating since 2007, the Analytical Laboratory
has undergone a major expansion in 2010,
acquiring new equipment to complement its
current Analysis services and increasing
Sample Preparation capacity.

Nagrom Fabrication have been involved in the
design and fabrication of equipment from
small scale pilot plants up to the refurbishment
of a 35 tph Tantalite Recovery Plant.
